huskerfan500
Player: John Levorson Hometown: Crete, NE Position: ATH Height: 6'3'' Weight: 180 40 time: 4.6 Visit Date: Scholarships offered: Wyoming, Ohio and Nebraska Favorites: Signed with Nebraska Rankings/Stars: Rivals: :star # 87 Ath Bid Red Report: #117 Saftey Assessing the talent: http://nebraska.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=...amp;nid=3071531 Levorson is a good player. He seems to always be in the right place at the right time. He could make a move to linebacker in college with enough added mass. Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: not sure but around 100%. In-state guy Link to comment
BigWillie
He has a Nebraska offer? Haven't heard or read anything to suggest he does. Link to comment
chuckd
Yeah, I don't think he has a Nebraska offer and fairly sure he doesn't have offers from all the places listed. He may have "interest" from all those schools, but not offers. Link to comment
CowboyBob
huskerfan500, you need to check yo' self befo' you wreck yo' self. John does not yet have an offer. He'll likely be one who gets a D-1A offer, I suppose it'll come from the likes of a Wyoming, CSU, KSU type place. It is possible he earns one from NU, but he's going to have to show the coaches something at the NU summer camp. Link to comment
huskerfan500
sorry about that I thought I heard he had but after checking more I found he hasn't Link to comment
Always a husker
He looks really good at saftey. I think he could WR, and maybe play linebacker probably not but he seems a little weak. Link to comment
huskerfan500
He gained an NU offer now, he looks really good at saftey. I think he could WR, and maybe play linebacker but he seems a little weak.. where did you see that at Link to comment
BigWillie
Always, where did you hear this? He told that his first offer came recently from Wyoming, but no mention of Nebraska. Link to comment
Always a husker
Sorry, my mistake I didn't read the whole story on it, what was I thinking. Sorry If I confused some people. Link to comment
huskerfan500
recently took another visit here, rivals says coaches will be looking very closely at him in summer camp Link to comment
BigWillie
Seems we need to move this thread over to the '08 recruits forum. Got his offer and committed on the spot. Welcome aboard, John! Link to comment
Washusker
Probably the lowest-impact recruit we've nabbed so far. Welcome aboard. Link to comment
chamrocck
Welcome, John! Will be interesting to see his development...if he will be DB or WR. The kid has a great GPA...he strikes me a heads-up player...maybe we will see him in on some gadget stuff before he gets crack as a starter when he is upperclassman? I don't see bulking him up a bit to be an issue. I do like the fact that we are keeping the best in-state talent...he should know what it means to be a Husker. So, when is Biere going to be offered? We need TE's...and lots of our prospects have come off the board (Jones, Ladner, Hanna, Figueroa, DiLillo...Stoneburner and Fauria were snatched early also). If anyone knows...is Biere the highest rated TE to come from in-state since who? Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Congrats! Any word if NU is still after that Auburn, NE kid that was originally from New Orleans: Troy Williams? Link to comment
HSKRNOKC
Glad to have him. guy is an athlete and if the coaches see something in him, I have to go with them. Link to comment
