np_husker
Apparently, not everyone is clamoring to see Nebraska play Iowa State in football this year. Shocking, I know. The Sept. 29 Nebraska and Iowa State game was not selected for television. That's not to say it couldn't still get picked up by Pay-Per-View, but the networks said no thanks. The time of the game, to be played at Memorial Stadium, is still uncertain. The Big 12 games picked for TV for that week: *Baylor at Texas A&M (at 11:30 on Versus) *Oklahoma at Colorado (at 12:30 on Fox Sports Net Midwest) *K-State at Texas (at 2:30 on ABC) http://www.journalstar.com/blog/huskers.php Quote Link to comment
hskrfannnwk
That does suck!! With both my boys playing youth football on Saturdays, watching games on TV is my ONLY hope of seeing the huskers play at all this season! Quote Link to comment
huskerdavo
I hope they dont have a running game Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
No big wins = no big TV = no national exposure = potential drop in recruiting = A nasty circle that takes time to get out of Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Well Iowa State isn't exactly a great competitor right now........... Quote Link to comment
HuskerHolmez58
I'll be listening on Huskers.com if i'm not at work. Iowa State will feel the wrath of an embittered Husker squad. We'll be out to prove something and Iowa $hit will be running scared by mid-way thru the 3rd quarter. Hopefully between them and Ball State we will regain some confidence heading down to Columbia. BIGREDIOWAN
Man that sucks I won't be able to watch it on TV.................oh that's right I'M GOING TO THE GAME!!!! Between Iowa State and Ball State we should get some confidence back. Quote Link to comment
skersfan
10,000 comics and possibly one Defensive Coordinator out of work and then we have you. Ricardo Cabeza is a term we use in the office. Quote Link to comment
AuroranHusker
ISU is no push-over ~ they did beat the almighty Squawkeyes! Seriously, NU needs to get well w/ Ball State & Iowa State coming to town before the end of the month (and Mizzou around the corner in early October)..... Quote Link to comment
huskerfan17
so it could still be picked up by ppv right? i think ppv is still alright. you just get like 10 people to come over and then $3 a person to watch the game. not bad at all. Quote Link to comment

A&M Baylor will suck but the other 2 have top 10 teams. OU is gonna hang 60 on CU. Texas is over-rated. Quote Link to comment
