DaveH Posted January 11, 2005 Share Posted January 11, 2005 A lot of people wanted to see Beau Davis start as well. We all saw his confidence shatter in front of our very eyes. And to just keep having him pump the ball into the air, what a disgrace. Last year (2003), a lot of people wanted Dailey to start over Lord. Maybe after 2004, we can see why he didn't. Sometimes we have to be careful what we wish for because sometimes it does come true! I disagree. Many people wanted Dailey to start last year because many people thought he would be a much more prolific QB in the option game than Lord seemed to be. Now that the WCO is the name of the game, Dailey doesn't fit as well. They aren't the same situations. Quote Link to comment

Dailey did show some signs of greatest in the option attack but then again he showed some signs of greatest in the WCO this year. Its just a guess to say that he would of accomplished.
