Roxy
I will only post a few at a time..makes it easier to focus on the recipe that you may like to try..and it is easier for me too. I made the first recipe and have tasted the second one too. They are both really good. Guacamole: 4 avocados-mash up or use the food processor with the S blade 2/3 cup sour cream Juice of 2 lemons 1/4 cup hot salsa green onions, chopped diced tomatoes 1 small can diced green chiles salt cayenne red pepper garlic powder and minced garlic black peper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp. Frank's hot sauce Chopped Cilantro-optional Spread on tortilla chips and top with thinly grated cheddar cheese. The ingredients that don't have the amount to use by them...just use how much you like. Daven's Guacamole--Super Easy & Good: Mash up or cream up some avocados Add sour cream and salsa to taste and spoon on each tortilla chip. Cover with sharp cheddar cheese and serve. Use how much sour cream and salsa you like..depends on how mnay avocados you are going to use. A friend of ours brought this over to watch a game and it is good. Quote Link to comment
