Why not hand out black towels to swing around in the air when the Defense is on the field? I much prefer to see a Sea of Red in the stands. What matters the most is that the Cornhusker Fans are LOUD and PROUD in the stands. I hope that the TV shows how loud it really is there too, I hate when the TV coverage only has the commentators and you can't hear the crowd reaction. That's when I turn down the TV and turn up the radio.

This brings up two points. 1. I would LOVE to have a black towel to wave around while the defense is on the field, I think that would be a pretty cool affect and someone told me that was done a long time ago so it would be nice to go back to that. 2. The volume of the announcers has little to do with the announcers being way up so much it does to the fans just being that loud. I remember games where you could hardly hear the announcers on TV or radio because it was so loud. We need to get back to that type of atmosphere.

Ok, I know I am stating the obvious, but what sucks about a "b*******", is that, no matter what, there will be at least 1/3 to 1/2 of those attending the game that just won't do it. God almightly could come down from heaven and appear in their living room, tell them that if they don't where black he will strike them down with a lightning, and they still wouldn't do it. Then, our stadium does not look impressive anymore. It just looks like any other stadium on game day. So, forget about it.

What would look cool to me is the entire stadium red except for an all black student section.

Also, it doesn't matter anyway 'cause this one is just on PPV and only us Husker fans will be watching.
