The next two home games are the biggest games of the year at Memorial stadium. Stand up and be loud. If anybody tells you to sit down, tell them to F*CK OFF!!!! I don't care how old you are, how fat you are, how much you paid for your seats.

I agree 100%. I sit row 40 in south endzone...and I have a bunch of old people telling my dad and I to sit down. Im 15 and hes 44...honestly...telling a 15 year old to sit down..we have season f'n tickets...we can do what we want.

 
Since ive never been to a game i dont know this but is this a regular thing where people dont stand up and scream or cheer. Or is this just a recent thing where the fans from the 90s just got really old.

Alot of people say that they have had people tell them to sit down and such and not stand up and cheer. Most of the people I've been around have stood up the entire game and been pretty loud. I've never had anyone tell me to sit down because I don't think they would like the reaction they would get in return.

 
Well its stupid to me. You go to a football game to cheer. I understand not wanting people to be drunk and stupid but to just stand up and cheer for your team. And be told to sit down what the hell man. Really if thats how its gonna be then they need a bitter old section in memorial. When i went to the isu nebraska game i had old people behind me cheerin for the cyclones. Tell those lame asses in lincoln to stand up and be proud.

Your going to open up a whole can of worms from the older generation though about this. We've had this discussion numerous times and it never ends well. I definately can understand what your saying though................
