redout22
Finally a decommit that goes NU's way on signing day? That would sure be nice Quote Link to comment
kstatehater
Sarkisian is already committing recruiting violations left and right at Washington. Guess he's finding out he's not at USC anymore. Has to make you wonder all that goes on at SC??? What are the realistic possibilities that the kid qualifies anyhow?? 18 credits or whatever are a TON for a summer semester. One time I tried taking 6 classes in a spring semester, not again. Maybe he pulls it off, good luck to him. It can be done, but it has to be your full time job, basically you are in class 40 hours a week, then at night you have to study. I averaged anywhere from 18 to 22 credit hours per semester, which is why I all but "gradutated" in 5 semesters, had to take one class the last semester. Also depends on the courses, I'm guessing at a JUCO it's not all that difficult. Quote Link to comment

Wasn't easy by any stretch, because none of them were blow-off classes at all, well, except the .5 credit one. Quote Link to comment
macroboy
I think the thing that is being missed here is can Myles do it? If he had to go the JUCO rout to start with and if he is still short 18 credits (which is a lot) Does he really have the study skills and discipline to pull this off? Quote Link to comment
Danimal
There is also summerschool, he can take a normal credit-load then take a summer-class, this can be done without a huge academic effort. Quote Link to comment
glm09
I bet the coaches offered him knowing the cost/benefit was in our favor. If we convince him to come, great, we have a guy we want. If we don't, then it is likely that scholarship would have been saved for next year anyway so we haven't lost anything. If he doesn't qualify, then there is still nothing lost we weren't already prepared to lose. I can't imagine that we are in the lead for this guy at this point, but being in the mix doesn't hurt...would have liked to see DT Justin Brown take a visit out to see us instead of canceling his visit. But Wade would be a nice get Quote Link to comment
HuskerMack
Yeah sounds like Tech is still in the lead but he sounds like he is going to really think it over. If we can get him here for a visit I think we can land him. Since Suh and him know each other he might feel more comfortable here. Quote Link to comment

According to some posts, the 18 hours would be summer school. I don't think he just needs 18 to finish but I'm getting that info from this board alone. Quote Link to comment
RockyMountainOySker
What's the new teaser on rivals all about? Set to Sign? Considering a visit to Lincoln or sticking with Tech? Quote Link to comment
DeathCultArmaggedon
Sounds like TT. Don't get your hopes up. Quote Link to comment
huskers1
Does anyone have "the latest with wade" According to HI Quote Link to comment
huskers13
He wont be signing tomorrow. He has decided to take an official visit to Nebraska this weekend and then he will make his decision. Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
I like our chances then, if he is going to come in for a visit. Hopefully the weather is nice and he leaves very impressed and "N" Quote Link to comment
WVhuskerXX
would be great to get some more DT depth Quote Link to comment
Huskers Forever
I like our chances then, if he is going to come in for a visit. Hopefully the weather is nice and he leaves very impressed and "N" I like our chances too, but I could care less if the weather is nice for his visit. So its cold in the winter in Nebraska, big deal. Ohio State has the #1 ranked class in the country, and it is cold there too. Quote Link to comment
