Blackshirt316
I wish we were sponsored by Nike instead of Adidas. No thanks. Nike would make us change our uniforms and most Nike uniform designs look like crap. Quote Link to comment
WCHusker
Adidas=junk That Nike contract will be for a few mil. Cha ching! Being Oregon based, they had to get him. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
Good for him. He is being rewarded for a job well done. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Yeah, but corporations are all....corporationey. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Yeah, but corporations are all....corporationey. Really the only benefit to being sponsored by Nike is the Pro-Combat Uniforms. However, I'm sure Addidas will be cooking something to compete with that. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNCo
Much rather Adidas gear myself. Any Nike stuff I have bought over the years never lasts and/or shrinks and I really hate having to pay $30 - $100 more just cause it has that little swish logo on it. Nike can suck it as far as my checkbook is concerned. Great for Suh though. Grab the $$$$ big man. Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
I can't wait to see what they come out with. I will buy whatever it is. Quote Link to comment
HuskerRob
There's a reason why every top athlete signs with Nike. It's the most recognizable brand, and their apparel/gear is second to none. Ask any athlete, 9 out of 10 will prefer Nike over anything else. Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
I must be the 1 out of 10 that prefers Adidas. I am on my feet all day (PE Teacher) and go through shoes like crazy. I had Shox and they blew, I tried the Air Max and the flippin "air" pockets went to crap after a month or two. I have had nothing but success with Adidas....shoes, shirts, shorts, etc... Can't keep the soles on Nike from separating from the rest of the shoe. Just had to quit buying them. I guess if you sit around and don't do much, they might last a while. GBR!!! Chef K
I wish we were sponsored by Nike instead of Adidas. Why, so that they could make some god awful uniform for Nebraska to look absolutely stupid in? Like Oregon or Miami? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Shouldn't the thread title be "Suh signs Nike?" Don't you always put the most important part of the contract first in the statement? 1 Quote Link to comment
RockyMountainOySker
I wonder what size (money) contract he got... Quote Link to comment

Count me as another. I also teach, but I think my feet fit a lot better in Adidas shoes. Nike shoes have always been too narrow for me. Glad to see Suh sign, but I wish it would have been with Adidas. Quote Link to comment

Great for him, and I agree the exposure for the program may help some. Quote Link to comment
