GMoose
It's an interesting take to have OU at #1. After all, 4 of their 5 losses were by a combined 12 points. And they still managed a top 25 offense with Landry and constant QB questions. Next year I bet their offense will be top 10-15 and their D is gonna be nasty again. When you think about it, they probably have the least questions about replacing players out of any team who will contend for the Big12 next year. And I've had OSU ahead of Bama since the season ended. I think Steele may have sold me on his ways! Quote Link to comment

Too many people think the loss of CJ Spiller is too much for us to overcome. I don't feel the same way as this. Quote Link to comment
CornHOLIO
WTF? No aTm? THe way everyone has been going on about them being our toughest opponent next season you'd think they'd get some mention. Quote Link to comment

bshirt
Steele is one sharp cookie to be sure. But he's not infallible. As many have stated, "if" we're starting to finally getting some quality depth in the OLine and Lee is as good as many claim I can see how he has us so high. No doubt our cushy schedule of playing in the North and the ooc creampuffs have a lot to do with it too. Nevertheless we've come a long, long, long ways the last two years. Thank you Bo/TO!! Just like preseason polls. Case in point: My link Although it's always nice to have NU mentioned. Quote Link to comment
deedsker15
i like how some teams get there place in the polls based on name alone...oh well, i guess we can't all get what we want Quote Link to comment

teachercd
It seems like every single year South Carolina is right around the bottom of the top 25, then they start off really well and then fall apart. Then you look at the end of the season and they are 7-5. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
It's definitely in our best interest for OU to retake the south. CCG in Jerryland with Cowboy-fans getting first dibs on tickets makes it a longhorn homegame if they make it. Plus, as unscientific a reason as this is, it just seems like we're cursed when it comes to Texas and I like our chances with the refs better against OU. Quote Link to comment
