After that it will pretty much be done and then just have to renovate things over the years to keep it fresh. The bigger things we will need to keep up on is facilities for players, practicing, training, lifting, academic area, etc Thats what recruits really look at once they know your stadium can hold 90-95+ and will be sold out every week.
