I have never heard him talk or interview before, but he definitely sounds like he has his a great head on his shoulders, has good intentions, and wants to step up and be a leader this season. With him, BK, Turner, and Reed as receiving threats it almost won't matter that we have insanely talented runners in Martinez, Burkhead, and Green in the backfield.
