nebraskaart
I would love to see Rex at fullback and Green at I-Back. I think our running game would be amazing. Quote Link to comment
I am I
sometimes. in many different formations, to actually confuse defenses and create mismatches. but never every down. Quote Link to comment
Hercules
This was a fantastic move tonight by Beck. Teams will be prepared for it in the future though... That said, I don't think we'll need it as badly in the future, that was the best d-line we'll face this year. Quote Link to comment
akita
that was mentioned on another board last week. that burkhead at FB for the wisky game and it never appeared. and why all th elove for green when sone guy fron alabama is tearing it up.I know I know he is not a 4 star recruit, but he usually delivers. HUSKER 37
1st time I saw him run as a Freshman..I thought he'd eventually be a FB Quote Link to comment
zinner111
1st time I saw him run as a Freshman..I thought he'd eventually be a FB Reminds me of Jacob Hester from LSU. Primarily a RB for LSU, and now is FB for San Diego. I really think Rex is making a name for himself as a potential 5th/6th round pick. He's not an NFL RB, but he shows the drive and effort to contribute in a special teams/backup role. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
Rex is the all around type player that will make a roster when the time comes. For now I will enjoy his stay here aty Nebraska GBR GBR GBR Quote Link to comment
Malth
How about we just clone him, and have an entire offense comprised of Rex Burkheads Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
stick to the diamond. you can do so much out of that formation. even 'the lion king' as a diamond edition. Quote Link to comment

The Red & White Knight
apparently it's called "The Bone" ? | Martinez delivers a happy ending Nebraska-Ohio State: Five things | Former receiver makes biggest catch Bone helps NU break out in 2nd half | Kind of odd titles on huskerpedia...... I have a sense that we are going to have a lot of fun, both on the field and on this board with this new promising set called "The Bone". I'll take a few initial shots: The T-Bone The Rex-Bone The T-Rex-Bone Take it away boys and girls... Quote Link to comment
