Treand3
One thing about the Jucos we have committed, they either have 3 years or are 3 for 2 which I think is huge. A 3 for 3 is a very, very valuable pickup in my book. Quote Link to comment

macroboy
The thing I like about taking JUCO's in a big class is that it does help distribute your scholarships better. Quote Link to comment

IllinoisHuskerFan
I kind of like Fowlers list better. Considering we went strong for 3 of the top 4 on his list. GBR! Quote Link to comment

dylan
Not saying JUCO's are not needed once in a while, but we are not going to build a winning legacy trying to guess on what JUCO's may pan out in a year or two. I would just as soon we punt all JUCO's and build a program from the ground up. Just saying.... GBR We cannot become over reliant on jucos. It was one of callahan's many mistakes. That said, taking the right jucos can help immensely and is a husker tradition back to mike rozier. 2-3 per year, so long as they are of a high caliber, is a good number. Bo has done quite well in the number and quality of jucos to this point. Quote Link to comment

flatwaterfan
Agree that Juco's should only be pursued if you have to fill a hole/need and if you can getting a 3 for 2, or 3 for 3, or those jucos that can go through spring practice are a safer bet than straight 2 for 2 fall entries. (If possible!!!) IMO if you have to get a 1/2 dozen juco's then you have issues. Quote Link to comment
