Bohl bellowed, his voice ringing above the steady waves of applause. When asked a few minutes later to expand upon his declaration, Bohl said it's important that the program embrace its identity. And though it may seem petty, colors on a jersey or a logo on a helmet do just that. "Wyoming is not all the bells and whistles.
