CheeseHusker
Good to know they can win games like this. Again.... Taylor..... he just tries and tries and tries until good things happen. Yeah, we got some big issues..... the same issues we've had all year, and maybe some new ones (*cough* SPECIAL TEAMS *cough*).... we're fortunate to have gotten away with it a couple of times (today and vs. UW). Klondike Cat
Wow. Nailbiter game. I was pissed much of the game by the dumb mistakes that helped NW get ahead. However, I'm glad we found a way to come from behind to win. Thank goodness the D stopped NW when they did on the missed field goal drive. That 53 yard attempt was inches from being good. If he had been 5 yards closer that would have been a good field goal. This was a skin of your teeth victory. It was fun, but we won't beat the better teams with these kind of dumb mistakes. Dumb penalties, dumb turnovers and you've got not shot at beating elite teams. Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
You're right.... None of the good ones lose their tempers on the sidelines..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRjDVsw-eQU&feature=related With Saben it is once and a while. With Bo it is several times every game. The intensity of the anger is also amazing. It is like the person he is yelling at just punched his grandmother. Sab"a"n looses his cool more then you think.... Just watch an Alabama game. And if he does lose his cool more then Bo, it is because he has less to lose his cool over. That isn't remotely the same as Bo. Saban didn't completely lose it, he didn't point his finger at or spit on anyone. He was just yelling passionately.... That isn't remotely the same as Bo? Did you watch the same video I did? He hit the kid!!] Quote Link to comment
Redreign22
"Come to Nebraska where you will be publically humilated in front of a national tv audience seven times a year!" That is a valid and ongoing problem. It is embaressing. Quote Link to comment
