What are the names of the people officiating this game?

Do you think it's Nebraksa hate? OR just something that the coaches should try to teach the DBs differently?

I mean, tonight there were some bad calls all around..

but

I wish things were different. It gets in the way of the game. These refs are just... IDK....

I think they were better in the second half. But the first half was ridiculous. PI calls are atrocious. I wish there was a petition to get people to look at and review these calls, or set new standards.

Of course, every MSU fan is going ballistic over the last one.

But they were calling it all day on anything borderline, and a lot of those were against the Huskers.

It's just Big10. Happy to be in this conference, but officiating in football needs to be seriously addressed. It's horrid on a good day.

To me the pass interference call in college football have gotten ridiculous. Any time there is any hand battling or bumping at all the flag comes out. It's frustrating to watch. It's not just our games its all of college football.

Other games I watch usually don't seem to be a problem. It only seems like when I watch Nebraska games do the officials start calling every little touch a penalty.

Whoops.

They are called referees.

You can spot them by their zebra-striped uniforms. Imagine a prison convict being carried out of the death-chamber, as the stripes are vertical on these creatures known as referees.

They are claimed to be impartial, and make just enough calls in either direction, that they generally pull off this ruse and go unnoticed. The prevailing team will always laud the referees for their even-handed calls. The losing team will usually claim bias.

The referee has no known native habitat. No researcher, thus far, has been able to determine where they disappear to between games. It remains one of the greatest mysteries in sports.

And considering that Sparty got a TD thanks to a drive kept alive by some dubious PI calls, I'd say turnabout is fair play.

And what was messed up was that all of the PI calls came from the back judge 30 yards down the field. But the ref standing right next to the play leaves the flag in his pocket. Why is it he ref 30 yards away can supposedly see something that a ref less than 10 yards away cant. I happens every week in B1G games all over
