Nothing about our last few years or Oklahoma's last few years is "average" or the "norm" of what should be happening. If that was so, there'd be a lot more than 4-5 teams to win at least 9 games the last 5 years. If that was "pedestrian" 70 teams would've done it. Oklahoma hasn't done that....however there 5 years are better than ours easily. I wouldn't say easily. I's say their last five years are better than ours by three points and one second. 2 is greater than 0 doesn't matter how you slice it. I would take an 8-5 season if it means a couple 12 win seasons.
