Mavric
Kentucky offered so we thought we should too. Claims GaTech, Ole Mi$$ and Vandy are his leaders currently. Apparently clocked a 4.7 (electronic) 40 at a Nike camp. Hopefully that improves. Rivals: :star :star Scout Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Check out Durham in some Huskers gear. His dad said Stephany loves the rich football tradition at Nebraska and was impressed by the coaches and defense during his visit to two of Nebraska's bowl practices. No leader yet but wants to make a decision by August. Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Committed to Georgia Tech. Bummer, I was really hoping to get Durham. Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Missed out on another top CB. Why do you think, with Bo's reputation as a defensive-minded particularly in the secondary, we have not had better success recruiting more 4 and 5 star CBs? Quote Link to comment
zeWilbur
Because more than just "they can get me to the NFL" is involved with these decisions. Quote Link to comment

That's fair, but Nebraska has defensive head coach (who prides himself with secondary coaching/success), great defensive tradition, history of getting secondary talent to the next level, good record, good conference, good academics, family atmosphere, great facilities, and playing time available at the CB position right now. With all this, I would think we would have more success recruiting highly rated CB talent. Quote Link to comment

Pretty much, no matter what the circumstances are. I will say, though, he may be on the market again if Tech has another sub-par season and Johnson gets the can. IMHO Quote Link to comment
