husker07
You realize they are running a hurry up most likely at the end of practice right? Looks like the 2nd team is getting ready to start once the 1st team finished. Guess I don't see how that translates to being a glorified HS coach? Our WR coach has been called that and he seems to be doing ok Ya, also I'm sure the D is on another field working on their assignments. Once fundies and competition drills are over it's just team, with lots of standing around. Quote Link to comment
Nobody
its not like they are scrimmaging. why have 11 guys working at a time? especially going thru the motion type stuff. most college coaches are looking under rocks for more time with their players. I remember when Jason Peter talked about NOBODY ever standing around at practices. as in zero players. granted, it probably is the end of practice... but still. looks like dudes on the sidelines have better stuff to do. nebraskafaninwi
lmao @ a hurry up offense taking up/wasting time in practice. guys are just standing around watching, walking around lolly gagging. Some Auburn fans are laughing at it too and not even calling it a football practice. lol. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
I know I am going to sound like a hypocrite since I made now 3 comments on this. But, why does anyone care what Auburn is doing? Quote Link to comment

That was game prep, not "practice", the rest of the team is on the sideline like they would be in a game. This is super common, they are simulating the game experience in this new offense. It might not be the way that the Huskers used to do things in practice, it is just different. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
I remember when Jason Peter talked about NOBODY ever standing around at practices. as in zero players. And back in his day they had to walk in 3 feet of snow with no shoes just to get to practice. Up hill both ways. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Jason Peter used to fly around on giant turtles too. Or at least he felt like he did. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
Jason Peter used to fly around on giant turtles too. Or at least he felt like he did. I had a lot of respect for Jason Peter. Until he started thinking himself as the everlasting know-it-all of Nebraska football. Quote Link to comment
