Haspula
Hes 6'10, didn't dunk in the highlight video and averages 2.7 rebounds a game Quote Link to comment

Minnesota_husker
No interest at all. He is more of a wing type player.. can shoot but we dont need that. I know that Miles wants an up-tempo style, so i am fine with him not getting strong/mean bigs.. but that is fine.. dont waste space on a kid like that. Quote Link to comment

That depends, are those schools looking at him as a player that is special and has a high possibility of contributing or are they looking at him as a second, third or forth option of other players don't come? Comish
No way of knowing of course, but the quality of any "other offers" list seems to me to be at least an indicator that we are not just searching for any "Body"... Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
European game tends to be an outside game & finese play. Looks like he is a decent athlete with some skills and he is long. Would be a good fit for the motion offense. Miles can teach him the inside game and put some weight (hopefully) on him. I think this would be a good pickup. Quote Link to comment
bball_backer
No. Save the scholarship. This guy has Vucetic written all over him. I hope Miles understands the fan base is fine with him holding scholarships back from marginal players in order to better evaluate and put more time in on future guys with greater chances of success. SUHperman
I think we should save the scholarship but: @RobinWashut: While losing Tummala hurts, good news: #Nebrasketball will get an official visit from 2013 PF Mikael Herbert of Finland tonight through Sun. Quote Link to comment

Jenn_c
No interest at all. He is more of a wing type player.. can shoot but we dont need that. This is crazy. This kid can play basketball. We can use a guard with size and some athleticism. Looks like a Mike Dunleavy / Chandler Parsons / Gordon Hayward type. "Can shoot but we don't need that' ---->> Are you kidding me? Did you watch any of our games last year? Ray Gallegos was our "Best Shooter" and he shot about 30.6% 3pt and 36.1% FG -- that is not good shooting especially considering the volume. We need kids who can shoot first and foremost. We need size too. This guy would be a great addition - we would be lucky to get him. Hope he likes his visit. There is no point in saving a scholarship. It would be better to take too many guys and have to have someone transfer. That happens all the time when new coaches come to town. Or we could rely on walkons for depth that could work too. How did Sergej look last year? He is a big man who cant play big.. We do not need to waste schollies on that. Dont give a scholly to a guy just to give him a scholly... nothing on his tape impresses me. Quote Link to comment
