We offered a few months ago. One of our coaches (he couldn't remember his name) talks to him all the time on facebook and twitter.

Said he'd "definitely be taking a visit" to Nebraska. Plans to visit Ohio State, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Florida State either on his own or officially. Has been to Miami a few times and is pretty familiar with their campus.

Another interesting thing he said was academics was his first priority.

So you're saying there's a chance?

247: Year of the QB

3. Torrance Gibson, Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage

Gibson is 6-foot-4, has a big arm and is electric with the ball in his hands. Several college coaching staffs feel he’s more athletic than Braxton Miller or Terrelle Pryor coming out of high school and it’s interesting that those two are mentioned because Ohio State is the trending team according to 247Sports Crystal Ball. He’s the third-ranked quarterback in the latest 247Sports Composite.
