One thing I am happy to see, and it really is a maturation thing on BP part is that he has finally started wearing a tie when it is warranted. I remember his first press conference after being hired, he said something to the effect that this may be the last time you ever see him in a tie. He realizes that as a professional that sometimes a tie is important to wear. Not just a sport coat and open collar.
