herbie4pres
Todd Monken (HC, oc at Oklahoma State last year) isn't afraid to throw the ball around either. Quote Link to comment
ADS
It's not a question if they could, but how much will they move the ball on us? Monken is a hell of an offensive mind. Quote Link to comment
commando
Rickey Bradley caught seven passes for 193 yards in 22-15 loss to Texas State. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Oh, come on! Not another hell of an offensive mind. I miss the days when Nebraska wouldn't have to worry about creampuff out-of-conference opponents who went 4-8 and 0-12 the year before. They don't happen to have a talented QB too, do they? Because that's fun and all but I'd like to see us win this one decisively. 1 Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Texas State held them to 400 yards. At the risk of having an unrealistic expectation, I'll go ahead and say keeping them under that would be a good goal for the defense. For those playing at home, Texas State went 2-4 in the WAC last year. 2 Quote Link to comment
ADS
Allen Bridgford is their QB, transfer from Cal. Was a highly rated recruit out of HS. Quote Link to comment

PaulCrewe
Allen Bridgford is their QB, transfer from Cal. Was a highly rated recruit out of HS. guy was a stud coming out out high school. Don't have to worry about Anthony Alford at least. Didn't So. Miss run it five times I believe Saturday Quote Link to comment
I AM FOOT FOOT
so if texas state kept them at 400 we should keep them under 500 with some luck Quote Link to comment
Foppa
I think it's becoming apparent that it doesn't take a lot of talent to play with Nebraska. It mainly takes coaching. 4 Quote Link to comment

GBRrodney
Let’s lower expectations for the defense but if we don’t dominate these guys we will be officially circling the drain. 1 Quote Link to comment
WhatDoIKnow
Baptism by fire for the young guys. Maybe down the road we will look back on the Wyoming game as a good experience... Maybe. Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
Let’s lower expectations for the defense but if we don’t dominate these guys we will be officially circling the drain. Let's lower our expectations but then panic if they don't live up to the domination expectation we have for them. GOT IT! Quote Link to comment
strigori
The problem isnt the secondary. The problem is the pass rush. No secondary can keep all receivers covered for that long. Quote Link to comment
