Not good by our standards but in the land of GoT.... Really hoping they don't go there. Quote Link to comment

ZRod
8 minutes ago, Moiraine said: Hide contents It was logical to me. The way I see it, zombies can do what they did in real life. Walk/Run/Fight. Swimming is a skill I doubt many of them had. Who should they attack? They can't get through the wall yet. Although if the dragon can melt it they can now. My complaints: Dany didn't try to kill the White walkers at any point, and the night king took forever to try to kill the 2nd dragon which was an easy target. Spoiler They're not swimming, they would be walking across the bottom of the lake. They're undead, they can climb over it (Jon did), walk on top of each other, claw at the gate, etc. I think the dragon may breath ice and not fire now. That would make more sense. That was another poor plot point, but it's easier to explain since this is the first time she is seeing these guys. She doesn't know who is in charge, and is more concerned with rescuing her lover boys. Quote Link to comment

Ya, I was just thinking about Star Wars. If they kiss and then find out that's fine. Quote Link to comment

And you can argue about the wall if you want but that's a GRRM plot point not a show writer problem. The entire reason they are north of the wall is because the wall exists. Also there is magic within the wall. You just have to take it as it's spoken in the story - the undead cannot cross the wall. They have to come up with a way that wasn't previously available to them. Moiraine
Just now, ZRod said: Jon said before that he didn't sleep with any women because they could be his mother. Obviously Ygritt couldn't ben so that was ok... Unfortunately Dany's only a couple years older than Jon so he'll know that's impossible. And now Jorah has talked to him about having children. Bran better speak up soon. Quote Link to comment

Moiraine
Thought of one positive about the dragon scene. At least it was Viserys' namesake that got killed. He was the douchiest of the 3. Although Drogo was douchey too. Never liked how GRRM romanticized a rapist. Quote Link to comment
Cdog923
Guys, Targ on Stark/Targ action is going to happen. And it won't be taboo in the show, because that's the Targ way (plus, it's been a hallmark of two of the series' most important characters since the first episode). Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
It's taboo to Jon though, if he's like the huge majority of the rest of Westeros. Quote Link to comment
