Lose It app

Calorie counter, exercise counter, scan the bar codes in to the app etc.

Professor of mine in the PE dept, said she used it diligently and helped her lose a bunch of weight.


After the summer break last year, there was a HUGE difference in appearance.


I just started using it last week to get me to eat cleaner. Haven't missed a day, I'm down 3.6 pounds after week 1, and I didn't work out all week last week.

Actually I haven't worked out more than 5 times in 8 months probably. So I'm excited to get back in.

To me, having an app like this is must for people who really want to change how you eat.

Being able to see what you eat etc and identifying your bad habits is priceless
