Going to a doctor will likely just cost you money for him to tell you what you already know. You pulled something and you need to rehab it. Which doesn't mean sitting on it. If it's not painful to move, then keep working. My legs are always sore after leg day. But no I don't recall any acute pain. Perhaps I had a little wider stance etc that someone previously mentioned. Probably. No acute pain is a good thing. I'd probably just train through it Quote Link to comment
