Warrior10
It's over guys, he believes he's a better fit for Oregon. Time to move on. Quote Link to comment
Savage Husker
Did he move on or did the coaches move on....or both? Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Did he move on or did the coaches move on....or both? Is there any indication that we still want Wilson or did POB's commitment make other positions higher priority? No, the staff was definitely interested in retaining both, no question. This is a situation where Wilson commitment to Nebraska was followed by a peak in interest by Oregon. Thus, Wilson did not have the opportunity to make his first decision with all his choices available. If he did, Nebraska probably was not going to get his commitment from the start. Good luck to him. Warrior10
5 INT'S and 1 fumble in his game this week. Quote Link to comment
Savage Husker
I still would like him, or at least a second QB in the class. There's no confidence in a QB behind Tommy as is. If the QB of the future isn't on the current roster, I'd prefer more multiple options as backup for '16 season. Also, it gives POB another peer to compete against aside from an incoming true freshman year following year. Quote Link to comment
blarson3
5 INT'S and 1 fumble in his game this week. Ouch. How has he been doing in previous weeks? Were they playing a top school? Quote Link to comment
Mavric
As has been speculated for awhile, Oregon's "other" QB commit (Seth Green) appears to have decommitted or parted ways or whatever terminology is appropriate. So Wilson is their guy. Quote Link to comment
Savage Husker
Wonder if this stirs the pot for Wilson. http://oregon.247sports.com/Article/Sheldon-Ore-QB-Justin-Herbert-Talks-Oregon-Pledge-40085468 Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Huh. Guess that goes to show, if you want to go to a top program, you're going to get plenty of competition. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
He's not a particularly highly-rated player - he has no other FBS offers - and he's from Eugene. Not sure Wilson will be that worried. Quote Link to comment

Beau Baldwin took some heat for his comments about sniping FCS kids, but what do they have that shows they recruited and then developed well. Quote Link to comment
southernoregonhusker
Oregon just got a verbal from a 5* kid who is ranked as the #2 Pro style QB. Interesting. 1 Quote Link to comment
blarson3
Don't think he is coming back here with POB but wouldn't be surprised if he looked around. Quote Link to comment
