He is playing flat-footed, and when he drives towards the ball he is easily a full second or two behind. He needs to be benched for a while. Quote Link to comment

Say what you want about the secondary, but if you're going to choose to run a quarters coverage shell than your defense must have two dominant edge rushers on the line. Have this staff ran a line stunt all year???? There are ways of showing something different when always rushing four. Single biggest issue right now. You can have Richard Sherman and Revised out there and it went matter. You can't cover that long. Quote Link to comment

The problem is our D-Ends just don't have the necessary strength, quickness, and agility to get around the tackles & tight ends. They're close, but they're just not fast enough. Quote Link to comment
