RedRedJarvisRedwine
I like how the Buffs don't even make the possibles list for this kid. Quote Link to comment
AZRaiderH8r
How has Stanford not offered yet? Wow, Easy Ed and his wife have really raised some amazing athletes! Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
How has Stanford not offered yet? Wow, Easy Ed and his wife have really raised some amazing athletes! Here is a Denver Post article about the McCaffrey's from 1999. http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_29072213/broncos-ed-mccaffrey-wife-lisa-both-come-from-long-line-athletes Lisa McCaffrey's dad was a world-class sprinter in the 1950's and 1960's and won a silver medal in the 1960 Olympics. Needless to say, the McCaffrey kids have some amazing bloodlines. 2 Quote Link to comment
3rd and long
I've watched several of the Valor games this year. He has a nice motion, really uses his heigth and throws over the top. Throws what looks like a soft, catchable ball. Runs pretty well, but boy he looks skinny out there. Quote Link to comment
C N Red
Just a junior. With his height i dont think it will be hard to put some really good weight on him. As far as Stanford, i could see him not going there. Tough to follow a brother and heisman finalist to same school. Expectations are unreachable usually, and puts on a ton of pressure. zoogs
Gotta think Stanford is going to offer eventually, though. I like the options at QB for the '17 class. Gebbia is the one with whom NU has the most "in" so far, I think, but lots of big names in the list of offers. Quote Link to comment
HuskerInLostWages
Colorado, hm? ...son of Ed, brother of Christian?Yes FULL COURT PRESS!!! If he's anything like either his brother or father get this kid signed immediately. Do whatever you need to in my opinion. Quote Link to comment
Hammerhead
I'd say we have a much better shot at getting Gebbia. I get the feeling McCaffrey is going to be heading west. Quote Link to comment
