Back At It

Recommended Posts

With relocation for work and a 1 year old I have had little time for the gym. Made some adjustments to my daily routine to create a window to hit it hard again.

Mostly just wanted to start this thread to encourage others who either haven't kept themselves in the best of shape and struggle to find time to better themselves or those that like myself didn't keep physical health as a top priority. Don't make excuses and FIND A WAY to better your health.

For those of you that never took a break and are still going strong good work! Keep it going!

I got back at it last night after taking a month off. I had been hitting it hard and was honestly wore out some. My wrists and shoulders were feeling like they were about to fall off. Went and seen a PT and he said to take some time off and let everything recover. Also got neutered and that put a halt on lifting for a bit.
