TatdatN
Id assume Severe knows, and he congratulated him and wished him luck back in the College Football ranks... Meaning, it's not a high school job. Perhaps he is wrong? Maybe fisher wants him on staff? During the Interview with Stai, Ganz told him it was college Quote Link to comment

ColoradoHusk
Ganz announced today on TBL. He's now the TE coach at Youngstown State. I thought he would have tried to get away from Bo, but it's a full-time gig, so good for him. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
That really surprises me. Oh well. Hopefully he does well enough to move upwards and onwards. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Coaching experience is coaching experience. And while I (personally) don't think the Head Coach position at Nebraska was appropriate for Bo Pelini, it's undeniable that Bo is a good coach, and hopefully he can teach his skills to guys cutting their teeth in the business - in much the same way that Bill Callahan's forte wasn't Head Coach at Nebraska, but he excels as a position coach in the NFL, or Frank Solich is better suited to Ohio's level than Nebraska's. That's not a failing on their part, it's their milieu. I'm glad for everyone who finds their personal milieu. 1 Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Last year, when Bo was hired at YSU, there was a misunderstanding and he didn't realize that Ganz was interested in finding a full time job in coaching. Ganz said Bo called him and cleared things up and said he would do what he could do help Joe out in the future. Well, it looks like Bo kept his word and it's good for Ganz that he can get coaching experience at any level. 1 Quote Link to comment

If he had been listening to his employees like a good boss would do - he would know these things. Why else would he take a grad assistant job if he wasn't interested? Lame excuse if true.
