theknife
So it seems like we are looking hard at JUCO LBs. Just one or possibly an ILB and OLB? Quote Link to comment

But "supposedly" there is talk of Marquez Beason (Illini Commit), Calvin Avery (Illini Player), Chevin Calloway (Former Arky starting CB, stepped away for personal reasons) looking to make a reunion (they all went to Bishop Dunne w/Daniels) possibly at Neb. Also talk of a similar situation involving some Georgia (the state) kids doing the same. Personally, I don't buy it. AVERY!! He's like tier two Bookie. Just what the board needed. To be fair I was one who was very disappointed we didn't get him Quote Link to comment

Or a legit player who was literally in our backyard that we passed on because of measurables. It was awesome we took an in-state kid in Mapieu but it was evident he had academic issues. This still boggles my mind that we didn't at least pursue Bryson at all under Riley. Quote Link to comment

Yeah, that's a whole other can of worms. 1 Quote Link to comment

Huskers93-97
Based on current teams records and play. Any major programs that may have staff turnover that may open up some high rated kids recruitment? Quote Link to comment

Warrior10
11am Saturday is killing us. Robinson, Summerall, Flowers, Sanguetti (sp?), Turnage all have games Friday. 2 Quote Link to comment
Born N Bled Red
Ha, people started realizing how the BIG was trying to keep us down with penalties, so they shifted to trying to nagatively impact our recruiting by giving us all 11 A.M. games instead. That's shady stuff... 2 Quote Link to comment

StPaulHusker
Schaefer has been tweeting that it isn't as big of a deal as people think to have 11AM kickoffs with regards to recruiting. Quote Link to comment
