hootin' annie's goatfarm 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 I would say that his violation of transfer rules has little to do w/ his abilities as a (quite speedy) fb player - he will be visiting NU, & he is NU's to lose
huskernumerouno 50 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 It is to bad that he has to lose a year of playing time. I hope we can land this speed demon. sounds like he really likes Nebraska.
DJR313 67 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 Anyone have any background on exactly why he is being disqualified? I thought I read something about transfer issues, but didn't hear any details. Well, hope he can stay in shape this year if he wants to come to NU to play next year.

txdrdubya 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 Charles Deas (LSU signee) was still offered by us last year and visited NU in December even though he didn't play last year. He still hasn't qualified though and he sat out last fall just to get his grades up. Interesting to see what our staff does.

Eric the Red 534 Report post Posted September 10, 2006 He has transferred to a high school in Texas and this past week recorded 12 carries, 134 yards, 2 TD's
KansasHusker 3 Report post Posted October 5, 2006 About 600 yards through 5 games so far in his season. I really like our chances with this kid. He's had a tough road and stuck with it. Some schools backed off, but we have kept in touch and he is close to committing.

KansasHusker 3 Report post Posted February 20, 2007 why hasnt this guy signed with anyone? Does he have bad grades, NU was high on him at one point . I don't know what happened with him. I remember him being very high on Neb. He had been ruled ineligible or something for his school and transferred to a different school, I know that...but I don't know if it was for disciplinary reasons or something like that.
