Cases of Election Fraud

I really don't like there being minimal transparency.

There is full transparency to our election systems. Every vote is counted in public. All of the election officials are answerable to elected officials, all of whom are required by open meeting laws to hold public hearings in the event of fraud or malfeasance.

There are built-in fail-safes to the electoral process, including ballot verification, poll watchers, and recounts in the case of close votes. These are all bipartisan groups. For election fraud to take place, as trump has claimed, both Republicans and Democrats would have to be in on it.

Anyone wishing to contest the results of an election can do so in court. Which trump did, going 1-60 in those cases. Most were laughed out of court, a few with prejudice, because like this whole line of nonsense you keep putting in this thread, they provided zero evidence of fraud.

You know why they didn't even try in most cases? Because to do so in a court of law opens them up to prosecution. Not one of trump's lawyers was willing to actually put anything of substance in front of a judge.

So, I lost track after like 1-40, but what is Trumps record in court cases now? And how much money has he stole from gullible supporters to have his lawyers go in front of a judge and say they have no evidence of fraud? Literally, the judge in one PA case asked straight up and the lawyer said no, we dont. And the judge basically said gtfo: Trump appointed judge btw.

These lawyers know they can be disbarred for lying in court, so they tell the truth when nobody is looking. Open your f#&%ing eyes, youre being conned by a con man!

That's more than fair.  But I also remember 4 years ago when nobody wanted to accept those results.  I just can't stand the double standards.  I like seeing the same logic and rules applied both ways.  If there is proof of fraud I want to see it.  So far I haven't seen squat that convinces me either way.  And unfortunately I think that's the way they want it.

What?   I don’t remember Democrat’s claiming there was fraud in the election. Everyone was surprised Trump won.  But, I don’t remember anyone claiming the votes were fraudulent.

I seem to remember grumbling, but it didnt stick,, likely due to the fact that Trump garnered less tallies in the popular vote.

Trump claimed there was fraud. It's his brand.

Trump claims millions voted illegally in presidential poll

US President-elect Donald Trump has asserted he won the popular vote on 8 November "if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally".

The Republican, who won the all-important electoral college count, offered no evidence to back his claim.

It comes after the camp of Democratic rival Hillary Clinton said it would support a vote recount in Wisconsin initiated by a Green Party candidate.

Pennsylvania man accused of casting dead mother's ballot

A Pennsylvania man is facing charges of unlawful voting and perjury after prosecutors say he illegally voted on behalf of a long-dead family member in the General Election.

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said during a news conference Monday that Bruce Bartman, 70, of Marple, voted in place of his dead mother. He also said Bartman registered his mother-in-law, who died in 2019, to vote but did not obtain an absentee ballot for her.

Stollsteimer said Bartman had registered both women as Republicans and told investigators he had done so to help reelect Donald Trump. The district attorney said he only mentioned the party affiliation because of multiple conspiracy theories circulating about voter fraud, adding that this is the only case during this election that his office has encountered.

Have they grifted donors into donating millions of dollars to hire an army of lawyers to throw out those results?

I don't see Democrats offering any support for this case, it won't go anywhere. Also, Redstate is a cesspool that published revenge porn of a sitting member of Congress. It's a complete and total joke. Posting links to it does not help you.

So cause a fact comes from RedState makes it all of a sudden untrue?  Please, your comment does not help you.
