Ballot harvesting for the win…(or loss for these folks).   I’m sure the standard response will be “ well it only happened one place in a small election…yada yada yada”.  
 

The amazing part is someone in a deep blue state actually investigated it to the rightful conclusion for once.  But I’m sure these four dolts were the only one in the entire country to do this over the past 12 years.

Obviously the problem is with the 2 cases with an unknown number.
