More than half the people I work with were born in another country and I think most of them are smarter than me. And that's with a policy where if there's an American applicant and they are equal with the foreign applicant, they have to hire the American. We simply don't have the talent at least in my field with Americans only. I think immigrants also appreciate this country more than a lot of natives and are willing to work harder.
