Mavric
Nebraska went into the U.S. Army All-American Bowl earlier this month with hopes of landing nationally-televised commitments from three big-time prospects. At day’s end they had been shut out, which left the Cornhusker faithful irritable and displeased. Some of that angst was alleviated when a week later they landed the commitment of Rivals100 wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey, who had recently decommitted from Ohio State. Nebraska remains in the hunt for several more four-stars, including wide receivers Joseph Lewis, Jamire Calvin and Bryan Thompson, as well as top-ranked athlete prospect Deommodore Lenoir. It’s hard to find one of these late recruitments where Nebraska is the clear favorite, though, and another disappointing day feels likely. Rivals Quote Link to comment
spurs1990
Left out Blades, but the longer that one goes, the more it feels like these others where we aren't a clear favorite. Who else is Calvin supposedly looking at that would make us not a leader? Quote Link to comment
SouthLincoln Husker
Now that rivals says we're going to be disappointed, I feel better. They're never right. Even if we get 4 star players, they will be dropped the next day! Quote Link to comment
