It's in this thread. I get that it's easy to miss stuff, but maybe open with a question about where the photo came from or asking for additional context instead of assuming there isn't any.

Dude... Pretty sure I'm one of the more thorough people on this forum. It's from 2 days ago. There was tons football, booze, and other shenanigans. Don't be a jerk.

 

And there's still not much context for why they're doing it. I'm going to assume it's something to do with America first, which is still pretty different than a direct salute to a dictator. The whole monologue and music is a creepy a$$ steaming pile of lies, but not everything has to be Nazis.
