Domain Address Question

Recommended Posts

So I have a website.

But I have moved my website to a new place, a place that I cannot change the actual Domain address since I don't own it. Picture it as a "subpage" now on a different website.

I would like to keep my current domain address and somehow make it so that when you type in my current address, it will take you to my new website.

Can I do this, or will it not since I'm not the owner of the new domain?

Yeah, you should be golden then. I haven't tinkered with mine in quite a while but have never had any issues changing the website the URL goes to.

I just talked to customer service, he said it usually takes 24 hours for the change to take effect. So that is probably my problem right now. I guess I'll check again tomorrow.
