tRump's approval down to 36%    Who are the 36%?

You have to keep in mind that 36% is still higher than the percentage of the country that truly supports him. The polls are biased at least in the fact that they only report people who willingly take part in them - how many 35 and under people do you know that take part in polling? Hell sometimes it feels like I haven't answered a phone call in years

There are one hell of a lot of people who just flat out don't like Hillary and it has nothing to do with her being a woman.

...

Sure, there's idiots that are never going to vote for a woman.

re: the bold, as far as they know. Stuff like this is complicated and largely unconscious. There are very few people who explicitly in their own heads decide "I don't like women" or "I don't like black people", yet the amount of evidence of unfavorable treatment is much higher than those small slivers of the population.

Not accusing you of this, just saying that Hillary being a woman and Hillary being unlikeable are different things, but in all of our heads they're weaved together like a messy matrix to some extent and it's not immediately easy to separate one from the other when you've got unconscious bias.

Really???  You're saying that the Democrats are clearly putting up a guy who's suffering from dementia.....while ignoring the fact that a) they are cleverly cropped videos and...b) the guy has suffered from stuttering all his life and that's a symptom of that....and has nothing to do with his mental capacity.

But...you're falling for the propaganda like a fish begging for water.

Yeah. Dementia's not the right word at the moment, but it's really not propaganda either.  Plenty of times where Biden has gone off the rails and into word salads and cryptic anecdotes, and it's extremely generous to suggest it's all due to a stuttering issue. It's just who he is. Even as a beloved Vice-President he was most famous for his gaffes. I listened to one of Joe's South Carolina speeches live and in context and it was really disconcerting. That was when he was trailing in the primary. I think he's been a lot more solid as the front-runner, and he's had some outstanding and crystal clear responses to Trump.  But I guarantee you that the DNC and Biden's own team monitor him carefully and don't consider the issue unwarranted, even if opponents misuse the clips.  The fact that Donald Trump is demented in a variety of ways doesn't take Joe's acuity off the table.

I can't wait to vote for Joe Biden. Because there's still time for him to f#&% this up.

This is just plain wrong.  Run down the Bill of Rights and you'll find Trump took action on all of them. Often directly in opposition to the Obama-Biden administration.

Freedom of Speech?  The press is the enemy of the people.

The Right to Bear Arms? He told supporters he'd have their Second Amendment backs if they wanted to shoot protestors practicing free speech.

Unreasonable Search and Seizure?  Well he certainly didn't chime on on the killing of Breona Taylor

Pleading the Fifth?  Why plead when the President will pardon you for keeping your mouth shut?

The Emoluments Clause? Yeah, he took a lot of action on that.

Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbor's Wife? Whoops. Now I'm into the Ten Commandments. He's made a mockery of those too.

Dude wouldn't know American civics if it bit him on the a$$, which God willing will happen soon.

We're also going to get a lot of China in the next few months for obvious reasons.

Let's just make it clear up-front that no political party trusts China or refuses to challenge China. But both parties got us hugely indebted to China and our most avid Capitalists have been thrilled to work with the CCP when money is involved. And money is always involved.

Biden is all over the China issue.  He's picking up Chinese phrases and quoting Mao Zedong.

He's right you guys! Obummer was pretty much for the Bill of Rights, Trump is not.

This going to be fun...

1st Amendment

  • Freedom of religion:
  • Freedom of Speech:
  • Freedom of assembly and the right to petition:

2nd Amendment

But he's done nothing

3rd Amendment

  • Not quite quartering, but he can't legally send military into a state to enforce the law:

4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th Amendments

  • Twitter won't allow me to share the infamous "when the looting starts the shooting a starts" tweet, but this proceeded it.
  • Eminent domain:

9th an 10th Amendments

So there you have it. Donald Trump and the Bill of Rights.

^^^ Not to mention tonight in Oregon is at least the SECOND time he's had anonymous, unaccountable goon squads rolling around America delivering extrajudicial "justice" to American citizens. My money would be on Erik Prince's ragtag group of hired thugs.

He may as well have the Constitution hanging on a roll next to the toilet at this point.

Yeah I said "actions" meaning things that Trump did.  Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from speech that hurts your feelings. . . unless you are on Twitter or another Silicon Valley Socialist Republic platform.  President Trump didn't lose his freedom of speech upon election.  And he used his power to protect freedom of religion and to keep and bear arms from a political party eager to take them away.

The one action you mentioned is the keystone pipeline.  Not one news report has said the owners did not receive due compensation for their land.  Generally investors try to guess where projects will go and then buy up the land to make a nice profit.  See "Harry Reid" "Tilman Bridge"

See the problem is that Trump is more about talk than actual action... But...

Trump inacted a "travel ban" on predominantly Muslim countries. Giuliani: Trump asked me how to do a Muslim ban 'legally'

Again, regarding free speech he took some actions - U.S. Appeals Court Rules Trump Violated 1st Amendment By Blocking Twitter Followers, for those of us with short term memory loss like myself: Peaceful Protesters Tear-Gassed To Clear Way For Trump Church Photo-Op

Regarding eminent domain, let's see if we can have an actual discussion. It's pretty scary that the government is going to use eminent domain to have a foreign corporation take land from private US citizens, and that the profits from taking that land would not reside in the US. I don't think that was what the founders would have intended with the 5th.

Do you guys think this will hurt Biden's chances to carry Toronto? I just assumed Biden would carry Toronto and get those sweet, sweet electoral votes.

I'm just wanting him to pull those Moscow electoral votes from Trump.  It may put him over the 270 mark!

Ingraham
