Similar swings puts states like Kansas, Louisiana, Indiana, Missouri, Utah, Mississippi, Alaska, South Carolina, Iowa, Texas, Ohio Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Florida, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan in play for Biden.
