You might want to look at the graph of black unemployment over the last 15 years.

And stop listening to Trumps BS.

The highest rate in the last 40 years was in March 2010. Dropping steadily to a 2019 low of 6.1 percent.

Both Biden and Trump contributed.

When the Proud Boys, the Ku Klux Klan and The American Nazi Party say they are thrilled to have one of their own in the White House amid a spike in recruitment and hate crimes, take them at their word.

When the handful of American socialists tell you Joe Biden is not one of them, they're also telling the truth.

So, if Trump loses as big as it’s looking he might, I can’t imagine what kind of concession speech he would be willing to give.

This man has never admitted defeat in anything.  To him, he’s the greatest leader the world has ever seen.

I just can’t imagine him admitting defeat.....ever.

He does not have a graceful or humble bone in his body.

I don't think I have ever posted in the political forum but feel compelled to do so.   My brother lives in Alabama.  He has been at the same address for 5 years now.   Before that he lived in Nebraska.   He just received an application from the state of Georgia for a mail in ballot.    The address specified on the card is correct.   The person listed on the card has never lived at that address.  Should he report that to the Alabama election commission or Georgia?    The whole thing is really weird.   I am thinking maybe the person lied on their driver registration because of tickets?

There is a post in the Trump has Covid thread, in which Mary Trump is quoted as saying that to admit you are sick or ill is to admit weakness or failure.  If the family history and culture is that toxic, where legalism is that strong, and condemnation of any 'weakness' is met with judgement, there is no way Trump can admit defeat.  It is not in his philosophic makeup. The Trump family culture would not allow it.   Thus also his doing dangerous acts like leaving the hospital today, placing others in danger - esp the secret service agents - for a photo op to prove he was above the illness.

It is true that that he doesn't have a graceful or humble bone in his body, but it goes deeper.  His narcissistic bent dictates his response to the election and  his own illness.  What a toxic culture he must have grown up in but also one that he has embraced and he forces on others.  Trump is both sick in body and in his head.

It could be this person or whoever entered the information had a typo in the address and it was an honest mistake,  however I am paranoid and I have urged him to report the issue because all he did was toss it in the trash bin.  I told him to go dig it out and report it so at least the voter roles get cleaned up.  If it's an honest mistake then reporting this is a benefit to the person on the card.

I did a little more research and I think Georgia doesn't use Voter ID validation for absentee ballots which concerns me.  I found a couple of articles detailing how some folks vote more than once.    I have no idea what the actual situation is here but as I said I am paranoid and urged him to call the Georgia election office.

It's probably a good idea to let the commission know.  Like you said, someone maybe made an honest mistake and wondering where their ballot application  is.

But as far as this pertaining to "fraud", it was an application.  They are worthless unless someone fills it out and requests a ballot.  At that point, your person is the bad guy.
