And it seems you've missed the point, which is... If you believe Biden is center-right, and you believe that there are LESS regulations today than 40 years ago.... Then we don't live in the same dimension... There are significant barriers to entry for new entrepreneurs because federal, local, and state lawmakers have had their pockets lined in order for them to pass such laws that act as barriers for large companies' potential future competition...

No matter what I think of Biden, it has nothing to do with a debate about markets. You're trying to deflect and avoid the actual debate by bringing it up.

Here's a few deregulated industries:

  • transportation (Airline Deregulation Act of 1974, Staggers Rail Act of 1980, Motor Carrier Act of 1980, Bus Regulatory Reform Act of 1982, Ocean Shipping Act of 1984, Surface Freight Forwarder Deregulation Act of 1986, Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act of 1994, Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998)
  • energy (Energy Policy Act of 1992 followed by a bunch of states deregulating their energy markets)
  • telecommunications (Telecommunications Act of 1996 which led to not more competition but rather fewer and fewer companies owning all of the media)
  • financial (a whole bunch but probably the most important was repealing the Glass–Steagall Act of 1932 in particular Depository Institutions Deregulation and Monetary Control Act of 1980 through Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 that led directly to the financial collapse in 2008)

Joe will say he is going to listen to Bernie and will tell younger voters he 'hears them'.

If he wins, he'll drop them on their heads and drop all their policies.  He'll drop healthcare reform as an issue, he'll drop income inequality, he'll drop wall street changes.  He'll drop all of these things as the donations roll in from the lobbyists.

Lastly, he'll drop all those issues because he's comfortable lying.  He's comfortable saying one thing and doing another.  He's comfortable making promises he can't keep, and claiming that he's accomplished things he hasn't.

I'm so disappointed in people in this country right now...because we're going to have to choose between two men who have dementia for our next president who don't give two s#!ts about working class.

Biden is the last of boiler plate 20th Century union-Democrats.  He/they are a known commodity.  I wouldn't put too much stock in what Biden has supported in the past because he pretty much always toes the party line. God knows who sets the D party line.

How many times has American Samoa had an American Samoan running for President?

But Tulsi Gabbard didn't even win the American Samoa primary. Mike Bloomberg did.

Neither Booker nor Harris won the black vote. People don't just vote based on the ethnicity of the candidate.

No, but they often vote for candidates from their home state, which is why Presidential candidates like their veeps to come from either big electoral states or crucial swing states.
