Wait...I think I cracked it!

If it is against Trump it is Fake News but it is actually correct.

If it is against Bernie is is media bias and he is being treated unfairly.

With that said, no one should have to release medical records.  That is insane.

Or how about:

Fake news is "fake" .

And most media outlets have a biased slant when reporting "real" events/issues making it important to depend on multiple sources and being aware of who is writing what for what reasons.

I've actually got a very reasonable take on why Sanders is not a strong general election candidate despite the polling but it generally just gets met with derision and disbelief by most of his supporters.

If anyone wants to hear it I can give it a whirl.

Usually these debates are a little mind numbing. This one was actually highly entertaining and ultra confrontational. Unfortunately it has only muddied my thinking and preferences. I actually like Sanders ideas for healthcare and taxing the wealthy more. But I just don’t think the US is ready to embrace that level of change and, if that means nothing will actually change, then it seems like a waste. Klobucher and Warrens and Biden’s stock rose with me, Buttegeig fell and I just don’t like Bloomberg.  If Trump had an actual feasible plan to fix healthcare I’d go with him but he is the worst of all of them on my top priority. I have absolutely no idea what I’m going to do.

Trump is still an option for you?

Well Warren came back from the dead tonight. Her stock dropped when she backed away from MFA. She became the Warren of old again tonight with her populist, anti-corruption message. Her poll numbers will rise. Hear me now, quote me later. I think it was a little too late for her, however. Should have listened to your progressive advisors instead of the Kamala Harris/Obama advisors you hired exactly around the same time you backed away from your progressive policies and your poll numbers plummeted.

most likely not considering every poll has him doing just as good or better than every other candidate head to head vs Trump.

those polls aren't very predictive at this stage.  Sanders is the only candidate who might increase turnout for Trump.  Socialism scares people a lot more than whatever Biden's campaigning on.

Fox said: Sanders held steady, Bloomberg seemed unprepared, Warren scored, Pete scored.  The rest lost as they didn't get discussed.   I guess it was a win for the front runners because the attacks fell on 4th or 5th place Bloomberg.

No, but that's not due entirely to the reason(s) you probably think it should be. I know what a sh#t stain of a person he is but, even considering all the bad stuff, if he had an answer and a plan for our healthcare woes, I would strongly entertain the notion.

Yeah until he explains that we already have corporate socialism and rugged individualism for the poor and then people say you know hes right. He pulled an MLK quote at the debates last night, he said “MLK said it best, we have socialism for the rich and rugged individualism for the poor” and that got a HUGE applause from the audience who is usually hand picked by the DNC. Trump has his base. He isnt getting anymore. All Sanders needs to do is explain democratic socialism to people and they agree with him. Hes been doing it his whole career and gets 25% of the republican vote in Vermont. Good luck with Sanders as the nominee, youre going to need it.
