That's probably an insult to Callahan - at this point in his tenure (late third year), Nebraska was on its way to a conference championship game.

John Blake was 12-22 at Oklahoma 

 

Those are all worse than Riley (not giving Riley a pass).  Hackett is on par with Riley though.

 

 

Dang, Gibbs was that good?  I agree, he should not be on the list.

 

So Riley was more like...Strong, sort of
