The Dude
This topic becomes more perplexing by the week. 2 Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
He tried the firing assistants to buy time thing and it didn’t workout for him. This guy isn’t staying past the Iowa game. Quote Link to comment

A comma or something would help the rest of us understand what you are trying to say. You really should have made it; "The five ways HCMR stays, number four will blow your mind!" HuskerDan
Can’t wait til the end of the season so we can see what our Participation Trophy looks like!!! Quote Link to comment
Nebfanatic
This was by far the worst game under Riley imo. After the NW game we could go 1 of 2 ways. We got rolled by a pretty bad Minnesota team. This game has cemented Rileys job status if anything ever has. Quote Link to comment
onlyHskrfaninIL
stop. they are all gone. 1 Quote Link to comment
HuskerDan
Was ready for the “Bo Syc Show” to be over with 3 years ago, now the “Riley No-Show” is OVER!!!! Quote Link to comment
HuskersNC949597
I expect the next thread with this title to read "if every other person on Earth is dead." And even then it would be false. 1 Quote Link to comment

I heard his buyout is like $8M?!!!? Is that true? God I hope that is not true. He’s not worth $80 more dollars. I wonder how much his “pension” will be. Quote Link to comment
southernoregonhusker
Diaco must be high to think his defensive philosophy can be successful. Rush 3, drop 7 and get picked apart or run through. When your linebackers are running backwards, that opens plenty of space for the opponents running backs. I played in a golf tournament this morning. Thank God I didn't see this trainwreck, but I did see the stats and I can imagine how this game went. Quote Link to comment
HuskerPowerVA
Seriously I have a better chance of being hired as HC than he has on staying. Fork is inserted and broken off. Quote Link to comment
Saunders
The only way Riley is head coach at the end of the year is every other football coach in America falls over dead. And even then, I’d take someone with good madden skills. 1 Quote Link to comment
Frustrated
There is literally no set of circumstances that can save Riley's job at this point. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
For Riley to stay...a family member would have to be the AD Quote Link to comment
epocSoN
Riley could resurrect Bob Devany on the 50 yard line against Iowa and he’s still getting fired in 14 days. 1 Quote Link to comment
