This can't be good for Frost's legacy there, not that it matters (to me).

He's taking long time coaches, and going after UCF's offered and committed recruits... From Nebraska's perspective we have to take everything we possibly can to hit the ground running and I don't fault him one bit. It is a big upgrade for players and coaches across the board as far as potential at Nebraska, but man UCF is going to be starting from scratch in a lot of ways.

Good thing their football excellence fund was topped off.

Image result for if he dies he dies

Kidding aside, I'm sure they mostly expect SF to take his staff with him. But, this one might sting a little.  Either way an undefeated season is an undefeated season and UCF will still have a team of winners for the next coach to direct.  They still won.

Interesting that they hadn't joined Scott until now.  I would guess they were waiting to see what UCF would offer $ wise and then said "How cold could it really be in Nebraska?"

Walters wanted the head coaching job.  He might have also wanted to see if he was offered an OC spot where he was the play caller.  I get bringing all the offensive guys over, but I'm not fond of keeping all of the defensive guys.  The defense looked horrible in the last two games.

I guarantee you that our defense will be better with this crew.  Guaranteed.

Yeah those top 10 offenses put up some yards and points...shame their offense couldn't score more than them.....oh wait.

very excited about Walters coming over for OC. IMO it probably would have been smart for UCF to give him the head coaching job. This staff is already going out there and seems to be trying hard on the recruiting trail and seem to be getting good responses. I am excited to see how this recruiting class ends up.

Well White could have given the job to Walters and I think a couple assistants might have stayed. Had Rileys assistants all been decent at OSU he may have brought all with him too.

That is not unusual with coaching changes.

They are a good program and will be fine.
