The start of overthrowing Putin?

that's the stated goal of this group.  no idea how much support they might have but their armed strength isn't enough.    they made it this far but now russia is moving troops to the area.    guess we wait and see

Well, the hope would be that the Russian people are fed up with Putin so a lot of them start helping this group.  And...maybe the troops in the military (knowing what is happening in Ukraine) don't fully support Putin either and some of them start joining the group.

Reading that Ukraine's objective now is to entrap Wagner in Bakhmut. To that end they are making gains encircling the city, which has prompted Wagner's leader to announce his fighters are leaving the city soon. Ridiculous campaign by the Russians/their mercenaries.

It's shocking how many Russians still support Putin, but if you look at the steady diet of nationalist propaganda they're fed, Putin is simply the patriotic strongman defending his country against a conspiracy of Russia haters who lie about everything, including Ukraine. A cynic might see a similar pattern in the U.S.

Yes, there are a lot that still support Putin.  But, how many of those are doing that only because of fear?  How many of those would turn on him if they saw a valid group willing to take up arms against him?

I don't know, but it wouldn't be hard to marginalize them as a small group of murderous traitors with a cryptic agenda and allegiances. Which they kinda are.

It's much harder to lead political and popular opposition to Russia using accurate information about Ukraine. That would literally be more fatal than operating a tank in Donetsk.

So does anyone have the address of their Kickstarter site? And what are the contribution levels—if we become a Marlboro Red contributor, does that mean we get a limited edition AK-47?
