C N Red
Not the first nor the last time a promise made to the recruits family will change the recruits decision. Quote Link to comment

Over a 4 year time span how many times will you get destroyed by the likes of Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida. Throw in the fact Jimbo is now at A&M- guessing in a year or 2 they will join that elite group. No Thanks. Not the point of my post. I don't think I'll ever fault a kid for wanting to be around family. I'm going to assume positive intentions no matter how naive that sounds. I'll leave the accusations to others. My post was meant to be a compliment of our instate kids. 2 Quote Link to comment

Snowbird
Until NCAA does something about SEC schools paying players nothing will change. Ole Miss got caught on national television on draft night and the NCAA slapped their wrist? The NCAA is a joke 3 1 Quote Link to comment
Frostberg
Rumor is Callahan was speaking at a luncheon in Beatrice today and he said he heard that last night some guy called Frost and explained he was Wandale's "handler". Scott had never even heard this guys name until last night and he tells Scott that Kentucky was going to do "this" for his guy and wanted to hear what we could do. Scott was pissed and basically told him where to go. Quote Link to comment

There is plenty of time to find a solid replacement for Wandale. 1 Quote Link to comment
grandpasknee
"Wandale...come to Kentucky..be close to home. Help restore Kentucky football to the glory days of occasional 8 win seasons and climbing to sixth or seventh place in the SEC. And always remember, despite your sure success, you'll always be paid less than and play second fiddle to the basketball team! Deal!?" 3 Quote Link to comment
Huskers93-97
If true I love that reaction from Frost. The program is bigger than Wandale. He is not worth getting busted and going on probation etc 2 1 Quote Link to comment

This couldn’t have happened because because of all the “experts” on here a couple pages back (@Ziebol) said it doesn’t happen and folks like Jim Rose (who just happen to know more than they do) should just stop with the crazy conspiracy theories and wish him well. I would know considering I'm fresh out of HS Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
Wouldn’t be surprised if Kentucky’s in Ole Miss’s shoes in a few seasons. Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
If the story is true, and Frost told that guy to " go **** himself".... Well that's just bad a$$, and makes me appreciate Frost even more..... The only thing that would make it better is if Frost spit a little dip in an empty water bottle before he said it. 2 3 2 Quote Link to comment
