LumberJackSker
Maybe they're waiting to see what the numbers look like after the early signing day. If they miss on a couple big fish then they take him. Quote Link to comment
Cdog923
I'm intrigued by this kid. If they take him, give him a RS year and see where he fits in behind Washington, Johnson and Thompkins. Quote Link to comment

He may not be the one who needs a redshirt year. 1 Quote Link to comment
r06ue1
Alter is a good powerhouse school in Ohio, they play a tough schedule so he sees good competition. Quote Link to comment
LumberJackSker
Looks like he missed part of his junior year and all of his senior year with a knee injury. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Extremely small sample size but we've had good luck with four-star recruits who others may have backed off of because he missed his senior season because of injury. 1 Quote Link to comment
Vince R.
I am so glad we are back in the swing of things with John. If he can get his knee to 100%, watch out. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Mills a question mark. A couple other good backs already in the fold. I wouldn't mind taking a chance here. 3 Quote Link to comment

Snowbird
A really bad knee injury is not the same as it was 20 years ago. Rehabilitation is so much better that these kids will get back to healthy in months. Take a chance let them get better and they will be fine Quote Link to comment

Some guys just can't stay healthy, and recurring knee issues, thought not as common as they once were, still happen. Having said that, if the staff thinks it's worth the risk, than I'm obviously on board with it. Quote Link to comment

So we have a Sophomore in Washington and a true freshman in Johnson. Bivens could easily redshirt and be nearly two years post-surgery when he steps on the field as a RS-Frosh. 2 Quote Link to comment
